Your access to and use of the Site is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Site.

Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Site (“Purchase or Buy or Shop”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, phone number, credit card number, expiration date, security code, or any personal information needed to complete the transaction.
Returns
The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping fee’s. The fund amount with be the original purchase amount minus the shipping fee. If you choose to use your own label the refund amount will be the same amount as your original purchase amount. No meat treat refunds or returns. To process a return follow either of the steps below:
- Simply ship it back to us (4240 Blue Star Hwy, Suite D, Holland, MI 49423) and send us an email letting us know you are returning your product and why. Once your package is received you will have a full refund within 3-5 business days.
- Send us an email letting us know you are looking to do a return, the reason for your return, and that you would like us to provide you a shipping label. We will email you a return with the label and the expected return label fee. Once the package is received by us you will get a refund, minus the return label fee, within 3-5 business days.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time prior to the recurring order being placed and no charge will occur. Once a subscription has begun to process no changes or refunds will be made. To make changes to your subscription before it processes you can go to My Account-> View Subscriptions or email us at info@greatlakespetfood.com.
Content
Unless otherwise stated, Great Lakes Pet Food, LLC and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. Therefore, the following activities are prohibited:
- Republication of material from this website (including replication on another website);
- Selling or renting material from this website;
- Public display of website material;
- Reproduction, duplication or copy of content for commercial use;
- Editing or modifying website material;
- Redistribution of website material except where specifically made available for distribution;
